Returns

You have 2 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Some items such as sealed cosmetics, intimate goods, perishables, custom-made items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take a few days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
